Hello, I am an Ink Themes member with a question about the free version of Colorway 3.1.

I want to remove the " >> " symbols from the main top navigation and have them only be in the sub-menu buttons.

    How can I do this?

    Thank you for your help.

    Hello,

Since we have limited resources so it is difficult for us to provide support to free users and also for the free theme.
It is the company policy to provide the support only for the Pro themes.

    Dear Piyush

I purchased the Pro version of Colorway a couple of months ago after using free version 1.7.7 for a long time. I then tried to make an exact copy of my site using the Pro version. Unfortunately, there are some differences between the free version and the pro version. For example, the widgets in the footer don't line up the same way in the Pro version.

I gave the InkThemes support staff my Wordpress dashboard login details, and they tried to help me. However, the footer issue was not solved. I emailed again and tried to get more information, but my email was not answered.

I then tried to replicate my theme using the latest version of the free theme. The footer is exactly the same in the newer version of the free theme. This is good news for me.

However, the dropdown menu now has different arrows than before. I want to change this.

Of course, I want to use the Pro version of Colorway, but if it's not possible to re-create my current site using the Pro version, then I have no other choice but to use the free version of the theme.

When you don't answer my emails, then basically I feel like I have no other choice but to try and use the free version of the theme.

If you can't answer my question, you should send me an email and say, "Sorry, your question is too difficult." Or maybe give me some other advice like, "please look in this file and experiment with changing these settings." Then I can try to solve the problem on my own.

I PAID THE MONEY FOR THE PRO VERSION!

I WANT TO USE THE PRO VERSION ON MY SITE!

I always appreciate the help of the InkThemes support staff. I always say, "THANK YOU" every time after you help me.

But when you don't answer my emails and give me some conclusive answers to my questions, then I am forced to try and solve the problem on my own. That is why I am asking you questions about the free version of Colorway. The pro version code is slighly different, and unless you help me to make changes to the pro version so that the footer widgets behave the same way, I am forced to use the free version.

Thank you for your understanding. I am sorry to trouble you.
