How to replace default contact form with Contact Form 7 form

Hi!

My partner and I are pretty new at this wordpress thing. We want to replace the default contact form in Startpoint with a custom form from Contact Form 7 plugin. We have downloaded, installed and activated the Contact Form 7 plugin, but don't know where we put the code to replace the contact form, or how to put the Contact Form 7 form onto our site. Can someone please help?
