how to translate the theme with WPML

I have acquired the theme and WPML I would like t know
if it is possible to translate the theme and if there is any kind of guide to do it. thanks!!!

addittionally I would like to know if it is possible to make users post images (not only video) as content.

Before I acquired the plugin I was told it was 100% compatible with WPML.
