How to translate theme and how to delete "dashboard" and "add new listing" from footer?

I use http://poeditor.com/ for translate, but it dont work..

You are talking about footer widget area, Go to the
Appearance > Widgets
Drag widgets and drop them in the first and second widget area, It will automatically display at your footer.

 

But I want translate THEME... So... How to translate "Add video" "Log Out" "Views" etc?
