How to Turn off page titles ?

Is there a way to turn off page titles that appear within the text section of each page?
I'm not speaking of titles that appear in the header image.

Hello again Nitin,
I'm using the Woodpecker Premium theme. Here is my site: http://www.enlivened.me/about-me/
I want to remove the Page title that appears within the white section of the page where the main text is. In the picture below, it is the "About" in black font above the line right above my photo. I want to remove this from all of the pages {Programs, Contact, About, and any others I create in the future}.
