How to upload the downloaded themes on a mac?

Im not sure how I can upload the downloaded theme zip file on my mac. Theres so many files in the zip file, it wont let me upload the entire file. I have to pick one document......is there anyway i can upload this theme zip on my wordpress page???? Please help

If you are using safari.

Go to
Safari > preferences > General > uncheck "Open safe files after downloading"
