How we can control the memberarea and ad more pages to it?
And how we input/change the content of this pages?

Where we can control this menus? Please let me now where we can to this in the core, give me an startpoint, and please forgive my bad engl.

It is not possible to do through some options. You need to do your own custom code for doing that, the dashboard menus and their pages are created using the tempate_dashboard.php file, the file is present under the root of your theme directory, under that file look for ul class="navigation" and add your own new li tag for the new page.

You can create the new page from the wordpress dashboard and link the URL of the page in the newly created li tag above.
