HTML in logo header

Can I add interactivity to the header/logo area? I would like to make a portion of it linkable to another page, not just the homepage.

Could you please explain your issue.

 

I would like to have another image to the right of my logo (in the header) and have it link somewhere else in the website.

I can upload one wide image to the logo header portion to achieve the look I want. But I can't have it link to multiple places.

Is it possible to have HTML in the logo header portion of the page?
