Hybrid Trike Theme - Error uploading xml and json files

Hi
I am trying to update the demo content to the website using your import/export plugin, however, I get this message: This does not appear to be a WXR file, missing/invalid WXR version number.

This would not normally be a problem, however, I am not able to add any products, your theme details states woocommerce plugin included, exclusive shop page and single product page, all of which appear to be missing.

Please advise as to where I can sort this issue out.

I have just updated the files in your member's account, you can download the files from there and use it.

If you still find it not working then, share your WordPress admin credentials at [email protected].

This worked this time, however, I still have an issue.
No products have been added to the shop and I can't work out how I am supposed to add items to the shop.
