I bought a theme. It shows up in Control Panel, but I can't download it.

I bought a theme and it shows up under My Account.
However, it is not a downloadable link.
Also, I didn't get any link to download it.

This exact same thing is happening to me with the Excursion Service theme and I am currenly in a meeting. Can I have this resolved as soon as possible please
