I bought the colorway theme after using lite version, now how to integrate it?

I use wordpress directly through godaddy's managed wordpress service. I don't use it on my desktop and then upload the files. I purchased the ColorWay theme after making a site on the lite version. I received the zip file after my purchase, but now I don't know what to do with it! I was hoping it would update on my godaddy managed wordpress site automatically, since I purchased it through there, but it did not. Do I need to import all the files in, and will that mess anything up? I see an option under Tools>Import WordPress. Thank you!
