I can't get the demo data and image import to NeedleArt theme that I just bought

Hi Support,

I have tried imported demo data via JSON and XML files provided from the account portal however I can't get it work as DEMO. Even it says successful it still works completely different. I want it to be exactly the same as demo.. https://www.inkthemes.com/previews/?demo_id=1200

Now your website is appearing similar to the preview as you required.

You can now customize your website and change the content and associated images the way you wish using the theme options panel.
