I can't get widget Script to work in Laundry Theme

    I have this really cool software that creates video and voice messaging widgets. When you visit this page you will see the voice messaging widget button on the bottom right. https://whymobilesolutions.groovepages.com/30daytrial/

    I can not get the script code to work on my client's site: http://midhudsonlaundry.com/.
    I tried installing a couple of header/footer script plugins but no good.
    How can I get this script or any script to work on the Laundry Theme and all Ink Themes?

    Hello,

    Thanks for reaching out to us,

    You will need to insert the plugin's shortcode in the header code to display the plugin's functionality in the header area.

    And to display the plugin's functionality in the footer area just add the shortcode in the footer widget area.

    I don't understand creating a shortcode. Can you provide me with a video or screenshot on how to do this?
