I created a test ad…. didn't work

Here is a link to my site. I created a test ad in the "agriculture" category. It will not allow me to click on that category though.

What did I do wrong?

On the home page, It will not allow me to click on agriculture. I created a test ad but moments after it was created, it says that "this ad has expired"

Please go to my homepage and click on "agriculture". Will it allow you to click on it and see an ad?

 

On my phone, it did allow me. I am using Safari on my home computer
