I purchased it just a few hours ago. I want to get it refund NOW.

This thing totally does not work. There is no way for me to link my facebook page/google+ page for people to "like" or "follow" with this. Yes, you can set it so the "pop up" appears so people can click on the social network buttons, but those social network "numbers" do not associate with my own pages since there is no place to put your own page url to customize! The video explanation is not available (I clicked the link that was provided and the link is unavailable)... I absolutely do not understand why this is even available for sale.. I ask you to get me refund for this purchase, or else I am going to file a claim.
