I switched to a different theme to see how it would look

    I switched back and it's all defaulted again. HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPP

    Hello

    Each theme have its own theme options settings, If you change themes without saving theme options data then it will result data lose.
    You have to fill your content again, There is no other option to recover that content.
