I want to add an animated GIF

I want to add an animated GIF file, at the top of my website home page, placed in the center of the top of that page (above the menu bar), between the logo on the left and the contact information on the right top of page. Address is: http://www.covitravel.com/teahouseconnection/
I will attach a snap shot of the page, where I have written (in red) where I am trying to place that.

I found the header.php and figured out how to edit it.
One last question : How do I bring in/upload my animated GIF file?

I just need to add the animated GIF address & I don't know where that is. I went to header.php in my theme directory and added the code below

How do I know what my "image address" is? Do I need to upload the image? And if so, to where?

Go to Media > Add new

and upload your image and after upload click the edit option of image and then copy the file url from there.

 

Thanks for your help in this issue. I have added the animated GIF file to my site: http://www.covitravel.com/teahouseconnection/. Now the three items that should flow from left to right, above the menu wrapper, are stacked on top of each other. I would like them to be placed on the same horizontal, above the menu wrapper. (See example attached)
From left to right:

1. The logo (The Tea House Connection)
   1. Can I make the logo larger? I can resize it in Photoshop, but am I limited to this small size in this template?
2. The animated GIF file
   1. Would like this centered
3. The contact information
   1. To be on right side of page (as it was originally)
