I want to show parent category and its post under menu - Roadstert Theme

i purchased RoadFighter Theme ...in that i want to show my different type of services in the menu as shown in the image
please see this below for example
Clinic Counseling
1.ocd clinic 1.family counseling
2.family clinic 2.Couple counseling
3.abc clinic 3.ABN counsling
can some one guide on this
