I was advised to re-download the Blackbird Theme from members area, and it's not working.

    I was told to do this due to some issues that have come up with the menus not working correctly on mobile, etc.

    If you would be so kind as to walk me through it, step-by-step, I'd be most appreciative.

    Also, am I going to lose all my content if/when I do this?
