...from members area and upload it to my website to solve error problems. I have no idea where the members area is for me to do this.

My apologies. I know you guys can do all this in your sleep :), but I have no idea how to log in to my inkthemes.com account. I need baby steps. All I know where to get to is to my site and then "wp-admin". Thanks again. I'm so anxious to get this fixed.

Well, if I click on your link you've given me, I'm already logged in. I can select "Main page". And if I hit on "active resources", it tells me to go to my dashboard, click on "appearances", and select "install themes" option, then click on "upload" and choose file. Then select "zip file" and open it.

My first question is, if this is where I'm supposed to be, and I follow this, and reinstall it, won't that cancel out any customization I've done? Am I to start all over?

Secondly, if this is where I'm to go, the zip file totally confuses me. The first time I downloaded is where I had trouble, and had to communicate back and forth with you guys. The zip file confuses me. When it says to open the zip file, I get a whole page of zip file files, have never been clear how to open a zip file. It's not just one file that says zip file to open. Thanks.

    Hello,
When you install a fresh copy of them your customization will lost.
Download zip and then upload it from your dashboard.

    Hello,

Well, I got the theme to work. And just as an FYI, my host is GoDaddy and so they downloaded WP for me. What I did is request them to delete it and reinstall it. Then I was able to upload the theme successfully.

Now, I was given [IMG]your video on how the theme functions. But where is the tutorial on how to customize it. I found how to upload my logo, but that's it. Even when I hit on "customize" there are just a few choices like widgets. I cannot find even how to insert my categories and have them show up when I hit on "select categories". Help again.

Please, every response I get from you, which I have to wait because of the time difference, I am given the same links. I don't find my answers there, and I guess the reason is that I am not detailed enough. Hopefully, this time I will be more clear.

The first time I had a problem wherein when I clicked on "post an Ad" it gave me an error; and so I was told to download Classicraft again and unzip file again. I was able to do that successfully after deleting Wordpress on my GoDaddy account and reinstalling it first and then reinstalling Classicraft. Now when I click on "post an ad" it works perfectly.

Now, when I add categories, the only place they show up is on the home page in huge letters. When I click on "Select category" which is one of the three links across the top, it doesn't work. When I click on "select category", there's no drop-down which should show the categories that I created. Plus on the right-hand side of the page where it should also list the categories I created, none show up there. I do not see these things taught in your tutorial links.

I am almost feeling it's another glitch in the theme and that I need to delete WP again and reload and start yet again.

I have been working with this for close to a month now with very little progress. And I know the customizing is not that difficult. The first time I tried working with this theme I was able to add my categories and I was able to click on "Select category" and I did get a drop-down list where they showed. So I know it can work. But this time around it's not. It's just that the tutorials are limiting and miss explaining what I need help with.

I would so like to get this up and running. Thank you.

    Hello,

You are advised to activate all plugins after setting all theme features and after creating categories etc.
Please try once again if still you will get the same issue.
