Hi InkThemes When I want to select a new icon in either Black Stribe Top Bar or for the Service sections the template will not acccept my selection. It seems to be blocked. Any advice? BR, Carl E.

Hi, I just checked the things form our end and such there is no issue with the theme. However, if you are not able to select the icons, just send your website WordPress login details at [email protected] along with the thread link. I am also having this same issue, when I go to select the icon that I want to use in the services page it is not allowing me to make a selection. I wanted to know if this would be possible to fix this without giving you my login info because I am in the middle of building out the website for a different host. Any help you can provide would be much appreciated, I am working on this site to obtain a job promotion and I would really like this issue to be fixed considering I purchased it.

I believe I found a fix for this issue, it is some-what of a strange fix but I can confirm it works I've tried it multiple times please give the steps below a try: 1. Select and activate the non-Pro edition theme for OnePage. 2. Click Appearance 3. Then Click Customize 3. Select Services Section from the Customize screen 4. Type in the code for your desired icon - I used FontAwesome so I typed in: fa fa-shield 5. Select Save & Publish at the top of the Customize screen 6. Navigate back to the WordPress Dashboard. 7. Click Appearance 8. Select and activate the Pro edition theme for OnePage 9. Navigate back to the Customize screen 10. Select Services Section from the Customize screen 11. You should now have the ability to change your icons via the drop-down box which contains all of the icon thumbnails. If this trick worked for you please leave a reply! Thank You!
