Icons when uploading images

Hi there,
When the user uploads an image to an ad the delete icons don't look right. Please take a look at the image and tell me what's wrong what that and how to fix it.

This is happening on firefox and chrome. I attached images from IE, firefox, and chrome. Please see how they are displayed in all of them.

This issue maybe because of plugin. So please deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works,
re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

I tried what you suggested and found out the "Sidebar & Widget Manager" plugin is causing the issue. This seems to be the most important plugin for the site. Is there a away to fix this instead of deactivating the plugin?

Our theme is compatible with almost all the plugin but there are multiple plugins available in WordPress therefore it is not possible to check every plugin with the theme, You can also search the alternative of that plugin from WordPress.org
