I posted a question about Atrium theme several days ago but am not geting any support. I believe I did publish it during your support/opening hours. I noticed that when I posted my support question that it is appearantly an "author submitted theme" - what does that mean when it comes to support? Do you at Inkthemes support it or do I have to rely on a third party?
