Image not showing

Hi, When uploading images, the image is not showing, only can see a blank space.

I got your concern. It seems that you have not set the featured image, that's why you are facing this issue.

Please try again by setting up the featured image for the video.

It seems that you are on an old version of the theme. Kindly upgrade the theme to the latest version from the member's area. For this, you have to first delete the older theme from your dashboard.

Note: - Please create a backup of your website before upgrading the theme.

Hope it will resolve your issue

hi. from the back end i can upload videos. the problem is that from the front end videos and images are showing blank. need this sorted asap. too many problems with this theme.
i am using the latest version.
