Vote YES if you think support should fix this issue. It would definitely be a nice fix for this awesome theme. The listings will stretch the user's photo's to fit one specific size with an aspect ratio of ( 446 X 270px). If the user does not already have a photo with these specific dimension ratios it will distort the photo. Can you fix this to resize the image keeping the aspect ratio to fill the container but crop or hide the overflow to eliminate the distortion? Here's an example showing the distortion caused by this resizing method.
I agree with you! I had the same issue. Nobody will upload the exact image size so something needs to be done by support team to correct this situation.
