Is it possible to resize the height of the bottom 3 pictures (290(h)x218(w)) i've tried adding the size to the images but it doesnt seem to work

Paste this code in Custom CSS
Appearance > Theme Option > Styling Option > Custom CSS

Code:

.feature-content .feature-item img {
height: 290px;
width: 266px;
}

You can adjust the value of height and width as per your requirement.
This will solve your issue.
