When I upload images into different adverts they are often different sizes. When I publish them they look out of shape. Is there something I'm doing wrong or d0 images need to be certain sizes before they are uploaded ? If so, is there something out there that can make this easy. When my customers start uploading images they wont have a clue about images sizes etc and probably wont bother if they have to mess about with this.
Hello, Images of dimension (280 x 220) px work fine with the theme. You can tell your customer to upload images of this size through custom field description. For this go to settings > custom fields > Upload Ad image / Description and add description (like: Upload images of dimension (280 x 220) px).
Is there a plugin or software that can automatically adjust an image to the right size when someone uploads a picture ? My customers won't have a clue how to resize images and even if they did, they wont go to all the trouble just to place an ad.
