Hello, 1. I wish to use lots of photo's on my site and right now I have three galleries with 20 pictures in each. Is it better to have one gallery of 60 pictures or is three with 20 pics each better or does it not matter? 2. Also, is 60 pictures too many? Is there a recommended limit to the number of site pictures you should use before site loading time is negatively affected? 3. If I optimise my pictures before uploading them into Wordpress, what are the ideal picture specifications for Gallery pictures in terms of pixel width x pixel height and Kb? 4. I use a Mac and currently for the home page pictures I set the W x H in iPhoto but can you recommend the best way to compress the image file size on a Mac? Edit: problem solved for point 4. I've discovered brilliant freeware for image resizing and compression called XnConvert and it works for Mac, Windows & Linux. There's an easy user guide on www.fourtothe4.com Thanks in advance, John
Hello, It doesn't matter how many pages you have created for gallery. Use image of size recommended dimension, recommended dimension for gallery image is (600x800)px.
