Images won't show up

Hello, I was working on my wordpress site and tried to change the home url which messed up the whole site. I called Godaddy and they helped me resurrect the website and get access but now it seems that the Colourway theme may be corrupt. I try to upload images back into the site and they don't show up! Can anyone help me? I tried to reinstall the theme but that didn't work either.
