    Hi,

    I have 2 issues regarding import/export functionality.

1 - Please provide a tutorial or something useful to help me to upload my list as well as the file preparation. Would be great if someone could provide a sample file that works.

2 - I exported a file with some test data in Portuguese and I got strange characters so I believe this functionality just work for English. For instance: I have José in my listing then when I export I got José. There are other pt_BR and pt_PT characters that also need attention like: á, é, ã, õ, ú, í, ó,Á, É, Í, Ó, Ú, Ã, Õ, ç, Ç, ê, â, ô, Ê, Â, Ô, à. I believe the same will happen with French, Spanish, German, etc.

    Thanks.
    Marcelo

I could save so much time if I had a tutorial or guided steps to file preparation of csv to allow fast and accurate imports

    Hello Inkthemes' Team,

I think celopereira's question is suitable for non-english users.

I'm using the last version of geocraft (1.7.8) and have the same problem with French accents: while importation works well with non-english languages, exportation has a problem on the field "Listing Title": after exporting, all words with accents on this fields are distorted or deformed; if you import the exported file, all "Listing Titles" with non-english languages will be distorted or deformed.

I think this could be a simple issue concerning MySQL setting.

Could the Team help us to solve this issue, please?

    Thanks.

    Hello Inkthemes' Team, hello everyone,

I've tried to adjust MySQL, but it seems that the problem also comes from PhP.
Is there a way to solve it, please?

    Thanks.
