Hi Support, I have several users approached me that they have a lot of listings that wishes me to help them upload or import their listings instead of having themselves keying in one-by-one. And I am obviously very happy and excited to get it from them as I have noticed that our theme has this functionality for administrator to import listings. When I downloaded (export out) the excel template; I can't quite locate a field where I can upload user account details such as their email address as their unique identifier. All I see is a field called 'Post_Author' in the first field of the excel template. In this field, it has numbers, if I simply denote a number without an email address at the very least, when visitor starts to enquire via the 'contact this person' in the detail listing page it will end up nowhere. I hope you can help me in this so that I can help my users to upload their listings. Thanks very much, looking forward to your favourable reply and help. calvin
Hello, The fields name we have given in the csv file can only be imported in the database and if any other field comes in the listing then it won't import the database. Because we have given our own fields in the listing. So you can first export the dummy listing from the theme and can check the name of the field which is in the listing, only the name of the field which is in the csv will be accepted.
