Important leadform issues

Hi support,

I am going to work on a lot of sites with this theme so want to make it work as good as possible.

I have 3 problems, hope you can help.

1. I tested the lead form 3 times and sent the leads to 5 different email addresses and these are the results:
3 different gmail accounts - Email ended up all 3 times in the spam folder
1 yahoo account - Email ended up all 3 time in the spam folder
1 outlook account - Email ended up all 3 time in the inbox

Can you change something or test it on your site with different accounts so it is OK? You don't want to use this and miss the leads..

2.
When I get a confirmation email that a new lead was received the subject in every email is:
'Message Received from a New Lead'

Can this subject be the title of the website OR can I translate or change the text?

3.
When I look for the leads in the site/appearance/leads capture I see the leads but I think this was not tested well because the text are not readable. Can you make the columns wider and delete some labels, or make the possibility to delete the labels? I cannot show this to my client. (see attached)

Hi Yogesh, thanks for the feedback.

As for the answers;

1. What do you mean by this? I don't understand I tested this again today and all messages went up in the spam folder. Also
when I mark them as 'no spam' it comes up in the spam folder every time.
I can't tell my client; 'Well for the leads you have to go in the spamfolder all day long'

So please advice or maybe check with Neeraj what to do on this or test with some other people. Thanks.

2. I changed it it works.

3. Hope you get this, this should be a change in the backend layout as everyone who use the blackrider theme has this issue.
I sent my WP site details to [email protected]

Let me know your advice especially for issue 1.

2. When i am trying to check your email issue and fill the lead capture form then i am not getting email even in spam.

- Thanks for the changes, I have more sites that uses the Blackriders theme, do you have a code a way that I can change the site/appearance/leads capture myself?

- For the emails, can you please try with other email accounts or from one of your colleagues? And please test it with gmail and after that advise what to do?

Just copy themes-page.php file and paste it on your other website.
You will get this file on
blackridertheme\functions\leads_form\themes-page.php

At the time of lead capture form submission email are not sending from your theme, not in span nor in inbox.
So please contact your hosting provider.

Hi Yogesh, I changed to a better hosting provider but emails are still showing up in the spam folder.
I will contact the hosting support what to do and let you know.

Hi Yogesh, I tested the form on the new hosting and it works better, seems like
the email ending up in the inbox now. I will be test it more the coming weeks.

Hi there, Mine seem to be ending up in the spam folder also, i'm on my own VPS so dont think the hosting, i think the issue is that the email is being sent from the email address that the user enters, meaning its getting blocked as spam, i am new to php but i think if we can hard code the form to send from just one email address say [email protected] rather than the users email address we can overcome this problem.

Please Can you advise me on how to change the mail from section?
