Hi there, I've just purchased this theme. https://www.inkthemes.com/market/ironing-service-wordpress-theme/ I was looking to import the images from the demo theme. I've installed the inktheme import plugin and then imported the json and xml, all the content has imported but none of the images. They just show the small icon when the image link is broken. Any ideas?

Hello, I have the same problem, as I see many others are having: the installed theme does NOT look at all like the demo you show. I DID download and imported the two files, exactly as indicated in your responses to other users. The theme still does NOT look at all like the demo. not only there are no pictures, there aren't even placeholders. The 'customize' option doesn't see menus or other widgets either. Please do not ask me to give you access to my admin site. I can follow directions perfectly and I did. The files imported do NOT make the theme look like the demo. I repeated the import 3 times. still nothing. I do want my money back, because the product delivered is not the product advertised. Also, I emailed previously and did not receive any answers, and I posted the same in a second thread, as I am not getting answers. Please refund my money, thank you.
