    Hello
    As explained in other threads, my qtranslate in the PRO version is not working well. I cant use the markers <--en--> in the home page and in the regualr pages the english translation does not appear (only the Catalan language) (I am following the thread from inkthemes that talks about qtranslate).
    Since I am also using siteorigin as a drag and drop plugin to create the pages, I was wondering if perhaps there an incompatibility between using Siteoriging and qtranslate?
    thanks

    Hello
    I have several questions:
    1.Do i need to do 1 AND 2 for it to work?
    2. The first link tells me how to replace a language theme by another. But I want to keep both and alternate. How do you do that?
    3. Google translator translate the contents but i dont want google to translste it. I have the translation I want to use. Can I us my own translation with GT?
    4. I understant qtranslator does not work but why the markers <--en--> in the themes does not work either? Those markers are not qtranslate dependant.
    5. DO i need to uninstall or deactivate qtranalator before I do any of these.?
    6. Finally, I was happy with LITe version. I upgraded to PRO because it was said that qtranslator only works on PRO.

    Let me know how to proceed.

    Dear Lidia,

    First of all please accept my apologies for the inconvenience caused,
    You can use either of the above 2 said plugins,

    Moreover, if you have your translations then i would like to recommend you WPML plugin,
    Here is the site link:
    http://wpml.org/

    You will be able to show your site in multiple languages,
    WPML plugin will allow your users to chose their desired language populated in Drop Down field.

    Thanks & Regards!

    Can you provide an answer as to why the following code does not work? This code does not depen on qtranslate.
    <!- -:en- ->Your text in English.<!- -:- ->
    <!- -:de- ->Your text in Deutsch<!- -:- ->

    Since I upgraded to the PRO in order to use qtranslate (based on this http://www.inkthemes.com/how-to-translate-your-wordpress-website-using-qtranslate-plugin/) and it is not providing me the functionlaity you advertised, I would like a refund.

    Thanks
    Lidia

    I can understand your concern,

    But from past few months qTranslate author plugin haven't release any update for WordPress 4.1.1 earlier it was a perfect solution for translation.
    That's why we recommended you alternative solution.

    About the code which you are asking could you please let me know in which part are you applying this and is it related to any other plugin?

    If you are using simply in PHP /HTML file then it won't work.

    Hope you understand.
