Infobar not linking

Every time I enter the URL of the page I want the Infobar to direct to and save my changes, the url disappears and the field is left blank.

Because of this, clicking the Infobar leads nowhere. How do I fix this?

Here are the modifications I made in styling options, just in case that is important:

Download updated version of theme from your members area and upload it, This will solve your issue.

 

So I have the latest version of the theme, and it still deleted the link after I save the changes in the options menu
