i just purchased the infoway theme and have activated it, i have no plugins installed and done nothing to my site so far. the first thing i wanted to do was change the color. when i went to do this i saw that it said the default color was black(it was actually ornage) so i went to change the color to green, i saved the options and refreshed my website. nothing happened. the color is still orange. i tried a few more times and nothing has changed. why is this?
nothing in the Styling options section works, im not even able to move from left to right. also when i login now im unable to access the downloadable options i was able to see the day i purchased the infoway theme. it doesnt show up any longer, why is that?
Hello, Theme don't have such issue. Please download theme again from your members area. Login here: http://inkthemes.com/members/member/index It will work fine. Also please do let me know if issue exist after updating theme.
did it again...twice...same problem...nothing in the style options is working. the color still isnt changing but everything else is working, also still dont see the grey boxes that are supposed to be to the left of the slider or the photoshop file
