ink appointment plugin error

    Getting this error (with error reporting turned on) when the imk-appointment 1.0 plugin is activated.

    'CSV_PATH' - assumed ink-appointment/ink-admin.php on line 11

    There's a separate issue with the "Ink Leads Capture" 1.0 plugin causing the "white screen of death" on the WP Admin side too when it is activated.
