I will send you the log-in information now. I don't believe it's a security issue though because I've tried to install the plugin on two different web hosts - neither of which have ever given me trouble with plugins. Thank you. Fred

Thank you. The form is working now on this site. However, I have to install the plugin on multiple websites. So I need to know why it wasn’t working so I can enable the fix on the other sites . Better yet, can you please make the fix to the plugin itself. I purchased it under the assumption it would install like any other plugin. Thank you. Fred
Hello, We only delete the plugin and install a fresh copy of plugin zip file. And it uploaded successfully and work fine. Download a fresh copy of plugin and it will install like any other plugin. Thanks & Regards Pramod
Hi Pramod, Is there any chance you are using a different version than the current download on your website? Here is exactly what I did just this morning using a fresh download of inkleadscapturepro.zip and the error message I received. OPTION #1 1. Installed a fresh copy of WordPress 4.0. 2. Plugins >> Add New >> Uploaded fresh download of inkleadscapturepro.zip. 3. Received this "failed" message Installing Plugin from uploaded file: inkleadscapturepro.zip Unpacking the package… Installing the plugin… The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found. Plugin install failed. Option #2. So then I unzipped the plugin and uploaded via FTP. I refreshed the WP Dashboard page and the plugin showed as installed. I tried to Activate it and received this error message: Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error. Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '$leads_dynamicform' (T_VARIABLE) in /home/venturew/public_html/VancouverMoving/wp-content/plugins/inkleadscapturepro/leads-database.php on line 1 I'm not trying to give you a hard time. I just don't understand why the plugin would work for you and not for me. All my other plugins install without issue. I can create and send you a video of my attempts to install, but they are clearly outlined above so I'm not sure that would help. Fred
Hello, I installed 1.o.3 version's zip file and it was uploaded easily without any error in your dashboard. When you uploaded from FTP it compress codes and it disturb the code syntax and alignment so it generate error T_VARIABLE. But it should have to upload a zip correctly. We have checked latest version plugins zip and it is uploaded correctly. Try once after deactivating all other plugins. Thanks & Regards Pramod
Hi Prashod, I have attached a video of an attempted install. Here are the details: 1. Fresh WordPress 4.0 installation 2. I Deleted All Plugins so no conflicts. 3. I installed Ink Appointment Pro Plugin. There were no issues. It installed fine. 4. Then I tried to install Lead Capture Plugin and it failed. I also tried to install it before I installed Appointment Pro but it didn't work then either. Please watch the video and you will see I am doing everything correctly. I have installed hundreds of plugins (including other Ink themes plugins) without problems. Hmm - I see now that video format is not an allowed upload format. I will try sending by email.
