I'm about to make several videos on using my site and in doing so I started with showing how to create a new account. When the sign In window opens it displays the error message - pic attached and I cannot create a new account. I can sign in OK with my admin account on this screen. Any ideas - I'm using v2.0.0 by the way. Roger B

Hello Roger B, You have to Off captcha on registration page for it. Go to => GeoCraft Settings => Theme Options => Listing Settings => Enable Captcha on Registration Page then OFF captcha as shown below in screenshot. It will resolve your issue. Thanks & Regards Yogesh Bhade
OK thanks Yogesh. But this can only be a temporary fix as I really do need the captcha facility to stop bots registering on the site. What is the correct fix for this issue or is it an update to the theme thats needed? Roger B
Hello Roger B, It is not a issue, if you want to use captcha then you have to enter Public Key and Private Key in shown above image then you can use captcha without any error message. It will resolve your issue. Thanks & Regards Yogesh Bhade
Thanks Yogesh but it was my fault. I moved domains and didn't generate a new captcha key set for it. Lesson learnt - I hope! I can now generate the training videos for my site!
