Installation Error

Hi,

I'm trying to install this theme (Laundry Care) and I'm getting this error after attempting to activate:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/xxxxx/xxxxx/demo/claires/wp-content/themes/laundrycarepro/functions/dynamic-image.php on line 1

Same happens if I try to upload zip file. Can someone help please?
