Installing my Pro version onto existing free Blackbird site.

Is there a step by step guide. I have a site I've built familyfedaustralia.org and I've just bought the $45 Pro package. how do I install it?

 

I guess my question is, do I have to start again, or can the text photos etc transfer automatically to the Pro version. Also how do I install it?
