Installing new version of theme

I downloaded the new version of Local Business Theme Pro but when I try to install it, I get an error message:
"Destination folder already exists. . . . .Theme install failed."

I suppose I need to rename the original theme first? Any advice?

 

Firstly unzip the theme directory , Rename theme directory and again make it zip file and upload it.

I am able to install the file. But before I could install the file you provided for me, I received a reply from Nitesh to my earlier post regarding phone number error. He asked me do install a different file: http://www.inkthemes.com/community/threads/phone-number-browser-error.2928/.

However, the file he told me to download didn't work - it had a different problem with the formatting of the phone number. It displayed as a small black font instead of the larger white font.

I found a previous post from Piyush that fixes the problem: http://www.inkthemes.com/community/posts/9609/. I did it and it works great.

My question is this: The file from Nitesh is different from the file from you. They both say version 1.7.2. I had to unpack the files, read the changelogs, and figure out which file is correct. In the future, would it be possible to include the version number in the file name so you can know which version it is?
