Is Classicraft or Geocraft for making a classified site for multiple cities in a country?

I wanna make a multi city classified site, I want to use classicraft but pls advice if geocraft better for this or classicraft?
Also
1. Should I add each city in a seperate subfolder and install the theme again and again? Or can I use wp multi site technique for this? I want to do something like---people will click their city name on the homepage to go to their city page---the different city home pages should be same in look and functionality just like Yahoo (select India/US/Uk) etc or like http://www.zomato.com/edinburgh or http://www.zomato.com/kolkata or http://www.zomato.com/ How can I do that? Is it done by wp multi site technique? I want to do similar using either classicraft or geocraft.
2. In the search bar, can I use a dropdown for city names instead f an empty box to ask people to write their city/zip code etc?

1) Both themes are equally compatible for multiple city sites.
You can try multisite WordPress. I hope it will work. If not then Upload themes on multiple subdomains like http://www.zomato.com/edinburgh orhttp://www.zomato.com/kolkata etc.
2) It require lot of customization. You can call a free lancer for it.

Just one thing-why I need lot of customization and where? If u pls explain a bit
