Hi: Is it possible to hard-code the Golden Eagle theme in the Header.php file or with CSS so we can have a background image that will appear behind the logo, social icons, search box and navigation menu in the header? And have this be mobile-responsive too? The goal: trying to put a tagline graphical element in the white space in the blank area to the right of the logo and above the navigation menu. At the same time, with a background image in the header, we want to make the top level navigation bar have solid boxes around each word, so the navigation won't blend into the header background. This is an example of what we are trying to do, but this site uses a different theme: http://www.DermVets.com . . . . The entire top header banner is a background behind the header. The navigation menu sits on top of the background.
