I've noticed that when people post ads the photos don't get compressed. Is there some code or a plugin that I can use. I don't want my site to get bogged down by large photos that the users are uploading.

I was hoping for something that would compress any size photo. My customers are pretty clueless on how to size photos so I was hoping to find a plugin that would compress. I found these two.
