Is There a XML File??

Nice is there a xml file or any dummy text to help guide us through adding content.
This theme can handle quite a load (that's a good thing) Just getting lost in translation

I would love to get a xml for the I.T. Demo http://inkthemes.com/wptheme/padwriting-theme/

If not please advise - Are there any cloning possibilities?
