Is there no thread for support of TuneTools Theme?

    I have purchased this theme and am having difficulty getting started. The JSON and XML files will not import correctly. I would like some help with this, please.

    Hello,

    Just visit your members area: https://www.inkthemes.com/members/member

    Get download the zip file of your theme along with JSON and XML files.

    Now, visit your WordPress Dashboard->Appearance->Themes->Add New->Upload

    Upload & activate the theme and also install the Ink Import Export plugin.

    By using our import export plugin, you can upload the demo contents (XML and JSON).

    I hope you find the above information helpful.

    I will do so as needed, thank you!

    Question: How can I hide unneeded sections of the "feature" section on the homepage? I would only like to use the First Feature, but when I leave the Second and Third Feature field blank, the page displays default info from the demo. Can this be hidden or removed?

    I have just checked your site, you can use blank space in the fields to avoid loading the default contents in the theme.

    Please check your site, I have done this.
