Issue Accessing Themes

I am told I do not have access to the themes even though I accepted you offer and paid for the re-subscription.

This error is the same reason I cancelled previously, I need to get an answer to this post and access to the themes ASAP.

I do not understand why I am paying for the service then when I need I cannot access it.

Kindly recheck at your end. Let me know if still it persists.

 

I am having issues accessing the themes again, can you check my account? My subscription just auto renewed and today I try and I am not able to download a theme. Please let me know what I need to get this resolved as soon as possible.
