Issue when users post ads.

Hi there,

When users post classifieds ads users have to select the parent category, then the child category, then continue with the rest of steps to post an ad.

Unfortunately, not all users adhere to this rule, some users just select the parent category and continue with the rest of the process. The user gets a message that the ad is posted successfully, but the ad is nowhere to be found.

Some times I noticed after selecting the parent category, the drop down for the child category doesn't even show up. This is probably the reason why many users don't select the child category.

I need your help in figuring out a way to let the ad still show up (Let's say in an incomplete category under the same parent category) or displaying a required field message before allowing the user to the next page during creating the ad. Or preventing the user from saving the ad if that field is not completed.

Or perhaps you can suggest a better way with dealing with this issue.

Please note, once the user is done creating this problematic ad, there is no way if knowing the issue exists for any ad other than going in and manually checking each ad. This is a major issue for this classifieds posting system.

We have fixed this issue already please download a fresh copy of latest theme from members area and upload it to your website.
That will resolve your issue.
