    Hi,
I have built quite a few sites using Appointway and a couple of other themes from my membership.
I am now in the process of changing them to secure servers, HTTPS.

I am having some issues with this. I have written to the hosting people and they have tried to help, but they are saying that the problems are coming from using the theme. It can be fixed, but it is beyond my understanding.

Please find a copy of the last email they sent me below. They are saying that mixed content is the issue.

The site I am working on now is: https://www.merlinclean.co.uk

Can you help me identify this mixed content. I have quite a few sites to go through now and I need to understand what I need to remove or replace for the HTTPS to function properly.

    Many thanks, Paul.

    Hi Paul,
It looks like you're running WordPress & Flexible SSL here, this can cause issues with mixed content. Which means you are linking to HTTP assets when serving the page over HTTPS - browsers will block subsequent requests for assets (CSS, Images, Javascript etc) over an insecure HTTP connection. This can cause your page to look broken and trigger warnings in most modern browsers. The good news is it's relatively simple to fix this:
How do I fix the SSL Mixed Content Error Message?
Also, there's a specific guide for WordPress & Flexible SSL here which gives good advice for mixed content:
How do I fix the infinite redirect loop error after enabling Flexible SSL with WordPress?
